At Lunar Luxe, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

📦 Damaged / Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • It is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The video must:

    • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

    • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts

    • Show the damage/issue clearly

⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.

🔁 Return / Exchange Process

  • Once you share the required details (order ID, issue description, and unboxing video), our team will review the case carefully.

  • After verification, we will:

    • Approve a replacement (exchange), or

    • Approve a return (if applicable)

🚚 Conditions for Approval

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Request must be raised within the given time frame

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

  • Requests without unboxing video proof

  • Used or tampered products

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
