Refund & Return Policy – Lunar Luxe


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to the address provided after approval.

Note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order after return approval


🌍 EU 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days without providing any reason.
Items must still meet all return conditions mentioned above.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days
